Orchid with Plums

The orchid is now in full bloom.  Purple/violet actually changes color based on the outside light.  If its foggy or overcast the flowers look more pinkish, but if its shady sunlight, the flowers look almost blue.  My purple paints had the same behavior.  I bought 6 different tubes of purple trying to replicate the exact color of this Orchid.
