Right when the fog starts ripping thru Upper Haight:

At Sunset the buildings start to glow:

I took a backpacking trip around Hetch Hetchy Resevoir.  In some ways I’m still staying local, it is operated by San Francisco Water District.  That’s our drinking water.

Kolana Rock is Hetchy Hetchy’s version of Half Dome.  It seemed to want to be in my paintings.
